The simple answer is no, however there is always a possibility of redness and irritation at the site of injection. We do everything in our power to limit any such reactions, however anytime a needle is injected into the skin there is a possibility of irritation which typically resolves on its own.

We emphasize that losing weight in the most healthiest way possible is our goal. Great question, and the simple answer is if you are dedicated to a calorie deficit diet, exercise, get great rest and stay consistent you may not need any of this. However, like a lot of us we get off track and need some sort of “jump start” to get us back on track. Ultimately the goal is to teach you how to manage your weight with great lifestyle choices. This program helps both your body and mind to see results quicker and allow your mind to have the discipline and motivation to stay on course. We will always encourage you to stick to healthy lifestyle choices like; whole food dietary plan, consistent exercise, great sleep patterns, positive mental attitude and stress reduction techniques like yoga and meditation.
The simple answer is no. We encourage whole foods primarily as we believe those are the best foods with the most nutritional value. However, at the end of the day it really comes down to creating a calorie deficit. So in pure terms, as long as you create a calorie deficit you will lose weight over time. Our goal is to encourage you to create a calorie deficit using the most nutrient dense whole foods on the planet.
While we always would encourage a healthy exercise plan it is not 100 percent required. The reason being is that you cannot exercise away a bad diet. Diet Is the most important part of this plan. Again, we highly encourage and recommend exercise, but it is not a requirement to lose weight.
