How do I become a patient?

Does Compass replace my current doctor?
It can serve as your primary point of care and works alongside any specialists you see. Many members use Compass as the physician who keeps their whole picture connected.

How much does membership cost?
Membership is tailored to your goals, so the details are discussed after an initial consultation. We are transparent about what is included before you decide.
Do you accept insurance?
Compass is a private, membership-based practice. Where applicable, we can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer; coverage varies by plan.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
Our office is in Belle Meade at 4525 Harding Pike, Suite 104, Nashville, TN 37205. We see patients by appointment, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
What we offer.
What services does Compass offer?
Concierge oversight, longevity and performance medicine, hormone optimization and TRT, peptide therapy, recovery and IV / NAD+, functional medicine, nutrition, body composition, advanced lab testing, weight management, and sexual health, all coordinated as one plan.
Is hormone therapy or TRT safe?
When prescribed and monitored appropriately, hormone therapy and TRT have a well-established safety profile. We confirm with comprehensive labs and monitor closely. Individual results vary.
Do you make treatment guarantees?
No. We use measured, evidence-based language and individualize every plan. We never promise specific outcomes.

Is my care kept private?
Discretion is foundational at Compass. Your information, care, and membership are handled with complete privacy.
What should I expect at my first visit?

How do I access my results and records?
We use a secure patient portal for results and communication. You receive access during onboarding.
